These lectures and workshops are designed for the general public to introduce the Hellerwork experience in a direct and personalized way. Many Hellerwork practitioners can also tailor workshops for interested groups – please contact a local Hellerwork practitioner or your local Regional Practitioner Association.

Intoduction to Hellerwork

This workshop will give you information and hands on technique in the tradition of the Hellerwork Training. We will present material on fascial anatomy, structural integration bodywork, movement and dialogue. The experience of the workshop can enhance your skills if you are a bodyworker or a massage therapist. If you are interested in a new career regardless of your current occupation, it can give you an insight into the possibility of a career as a Hellerwork Practitioner.
